She started track and field in elementary school and was active as a sprinter and middle-distance runner.
After graduating from high school, she moved to the United States and studied exercise physiology at the University of Florida.
While in college, she obtained certification as an NSCA-CSCS certified conditioning specialist and ACSM-CPT certified personal trainer. After returning to Japan, she provided one-on-one bodybuilding and dieting guidance to many women, and in 2015 launched her own women-only fitness studio, "SPICE UP FITNESS," which she represents.
She believes that the buttocks are the part of the body that can be changed by anyone with effort, and so she focuses on training for beautiful buttocks. Since 2017, she has been appearing more frequently in the media, and she has received support from many women for her philosophy of living not only as a trainer but also as an independent and strong woman.
